Precure Full Bloom drops a whole 30 ranks in the weekly… and rises two ranks in the cumulative. Overtaking Spy x Family in the process, despite that going up 14 ranks in the weekly.
There's probably some explanation for this that amounts to "statistics is really, really weird".
Looking at the shows I'm following, Frieren continues to excel, and I guess most people agree that TAD's "nursing Lihua" episode was great! And in Hyakkano news, Shizuka's intro is much better-received than the wacky-first-kiss-scheme episode. Here's hoping people like some of the later non-girlfriend-intro episodes too.

I think it's less stats (not that they're never weird, either) and more (group/aggregations of) preference orderings; the Schulze method, and ANN's modification of it, can sometimes do weird things.
Still, that example seems hard to believe; I wonder if the cumulative is up-to-date with the weekly, or if it lags behind it a week for some reason? Or maybe the margins are quite thin between the top and the bottom, although I haven't thought about how Schulze works in a while, so figuring out what that even means would require some staring..

It's also a bit odd that Apothecary ep 4 is comparing to Frieren ep 7, when episode 8 of Frieren aired before ep 4 of Apothecary (and within the stated time frame).
That aside, I expect the ordering of those top three on weeklies to shuffle regularly. All three are delivering strongly.

Any chance of Pluto appearing in the rankings?

Man, people really didn't like that JJK episode.
I found it fine, but, it tells you a lot about why people are watching this series if a couple of animation mismatches crash the ranking like that.

Yeah, this ranking is really weird. I spent a few hours trying to find spam that might explain it, unsuccessfully. Ultimately ran out of time and had to publish the ranking as-is. As NeverConvex says, it probably has to do with aggregation of preference ordering (Arrow's impossibility theorem) but usually it's never that weird.
