Thank you, Brother Geoff for preaching the good word of Hunter x Hunter. Personally, I think the manga is the best experience, but any way is fine.

The Witch and the Beast
Chained Soldier
Solo Leveling

3 episodes rule:
The Unwanted Undead Adventurer
Metallic Rouge
Tales of Wedding Rings

And some sequels like Tsukimichi, Urusei Yatsura or Great Pretender.
